Ann Schroeder, President, CEO

Ann Schroeder is founder and owner of LatinSource / GlobalSource and serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer. In 1992, she began developing the LatinSource network, which included highly respected economic and political analysts based in Latin America. Since forming LatinSource in 1995, the company has grown to include local analysts in 18 countries.
In response to client demand, GlobalSource was formed in 2000 to provide similar services in emerging markets outside Latin America, including China, Philippines, Russia, Turkey, and the Ukraine. Ms. Schroeder is responsible for the daily operations as well as the business and product development of both companies.
Ms. Schroeder has been involved in the financial services industry since 1984, initially working as a financial consultant with Shearson Lehman Brothers, and later with Institutional Analysts, a company that provides management and marketing services for independent analysts.
Ms. Schroeder received a B.A. degree from Trinity University and an M.B.A. degree from Fordham University.

Ana Díaz, Vice President, European Marketing & Development

Ms. Diaz joined LatinSource in April 2000. She is currently based in Barcelona, and is in charge of European sales and marketing. She previously served as Executive Director of the Spain-U.S.
Chamber of Commerce in New York, a private non-profit organization with a wide array of members including some of the largest
corporations in Spain and the U.S.
In her role establishing new corporate programs and services, she was able to double the organizations membership.
Before joining the Chamber, she was the Director of the New York office of the Government of Catalonia's Office of Foreign Investment (CIDEM), where
she actively marketed the region as a Southern European investment site for American companies. Ms. Diaz is a law graduate from the
University of Barcelona, Spain

Sofia Mancheno, Vice President - Business Development
|
 |
Ms. Mancheno has been vice president of corporate development at LatinSource since January 2002.
Prior to joining LatinSource, she was program officer at the Americas Society/ Council of the Americas
since 1997. She also worked at the Embassy of Ecuador in Washington, D.C., the United States House of
Representatives and Mitsubushi Corporation in Quito, Ecuador. Ms. Mancheno holds a B.A. in Political
Science from Rutgers University and an M.I.A. from Columbia University.

Jacob Matthews, Vice President - Business Development

Jacob Matthews is Vice President of Business Development, assisting with the company’s domestic sales. Mr. Matthews joined LatinSource in March 2002. Prior to joining LatinSource, he was at WestHem International, Inc.,
a merchant-bank active in the southern cone of Latin America. He later worked at WH Management, an asset management firm that focuses on emerging markets. Mr. Matthews holds a B.A. in English from Boston College and is fluent in French.

Magdalena Castleman, Executive Vice President

Magdalena Castleman has been Executive Vice President of LatinSource since July 2002. Prior to joining LatinSource, she was Director of Financial & Business Services at FIND/SVP’s Strategic Consulting Research Group, where
she executed consulting assignments on behalf of Fortune 500 Corporations.
Mrs. Castleman was a partner and founder of Falcon, a private real estate investment firm. She was Executive Vice President of EuroCanadian Bank in
the Bahamas, where she was in charge of designing and implementing alternative investments. Previously, she was Vice President of Bankers Trust Co in the International Investment Management Group. Mrs. Castleman also served
as Vice President of the Chase Manhattan Bank, where she was in charge of underwriting, syndicating and negotiating loans on behalf of the bank’s clients.
Mrs. Castleman holds a B.A. & M.A. in Comparative Literature from Harvard
University, an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern Graduate School of Business Administration, and a MS from New York University’s Palmer School of Research and Information Science.

Ronit Leora, Executive Vice President - Business Development & Marketing

M. Edurne De Frutos, Associate

 |
Ms. M. Edurne De Frutos joined LatinSource in October 2002. She previously worked as a Research Associate for an economic consulting
company. Ms. De Frutos was also an Executive Assistant at ImageMedia,
a communication and advertising firm in Spain.
Ms. De Frutos holds a B.S. in Marketing and Public Relations from Somorrostro University
in Spain and a B.S in Management from Syracuse University. She received
a Certificate in International Business and Finance from New York University and is Fluent in Spanish, French and German.

Maurice Guillen
|
 |
Mr. Maurice Guillen joined LatinSource in October 2003. His diverse experience extends from non profit to the private sector. Prior to joining our team, he ran the sales/marketing and logistics for an international import/export antique business. For several years Mr. Guillen also acted as a Project Manager for the Interactive division of Mezzina Brown & Partners -a New York City advertising agency.
He also served as a Cultural Coordinator with Spain, Latin America and the Caribbean, an affiliate of the United Nations' UNESCO division.
Mr. Guillen holds a double B.A. degree in French Literature and Italian Linguistics from New York University. He has a certificate of credit from both the Paris III University (Le Censier) and Paris IV University (La Sorbonne). He is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian.

Harry Chung, Managing Director

Mr. Chung has extensive experience in account management, business development and in developing and executing new business strategies and programs. Prior to joining LatinSource, Mr. Chung was a Senior Consultant with Shared Vision Group, an information technology-consulting firm.
During his tenure with an institutional research boutique, Mr. Chung engaged in sales and promotion of the firm's stock research reports and trade execution services to mutual funds, pension funds and other investment managers. Mr. Chung also served as Vice President, Special Financing for Credit du Nord, an international bank; as the Director, Marketing and Finance for a finance subsidiary of Philips Electronics, N.V., and as Business Manager, National Accounts for a healthcare subsidiary of Revlon, Inc.
Mr. Chung received a B.S. degree in Accounting from St. John's University and a Diploma in Computer Programming from The Chubb Institute.

Robert Berges, Vice President - Global Business Development

Mr. Berges joined LatinSource/GlobalSource in 2006 and is responsible for coordinating the company's global business development efforts. Prior to joining LatinSource, Mr. Berges was Merrill Lynch's Latin America Investment Strategist, where he was responsible for all regional equity strategy research as well as determining the company's country/sector allocation in a Latin America equity portfolio. Earlier in his career, Mr. Berges served as Director of the Latin America Service of the economic consulting firm The WEFA Group (current Global Insight) as well as other economic consulting and research jobs. Mr. Berges started his professional career in the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic.
Mr. Berges received a degree of Licenciado (B.A. equivalent) in economics from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña in the Dominican Republic and an M.A. in economics from the University of Delaware.

Peter Botoucharov, Director - European Business Development

Peter Botoucharov joined LatinSource/GlobalSource in 2006 and is responsible for coordinating the company's business development efforts in Europe. Mr. Botoucharov has over 15 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry, which extends from a senior economist at the Bulgarian National Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to investment banking and asset management. Prior to joining LatinSource Mr. Botoucharov was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Convivo Capital Management in London, UK, preceded by seven years experience in investment banking. Mr. Botoucharov has held various positions at Bank Boston, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Deutsche Bank, and served as Head of Emerging Markets Strategy and Research at Commerzbank Securities.
Mr. Botoucharov holds a BA degree from the University of Sofia, Bulgaria, an M.A. (Economics) degree from University of Turin, Italy and a Ph.D. (candidate) degree in Economics from George Mason, VA, USA.
